台灣好食光

本會為非營利性之海外僑民團體,以推廣台灣美食文化為核心,透過定期舉 辦台式料理教學與研習活動,凝聚大芝加哥地區僑胞的聚集及交誼,將台灣的美食記憶與 飲食文化,傳承給下一代的青少年,並進一步走入美國在地社區,向美國主流社會推廣 台灣文化,環保系統與傳統節慶的美食,促進大芝加哥區台美文化交流。

TCCA Chicago is a non-profit overseas Taiwanese community organization. Its core mission is to promote Taiwanese culinary culture. Through regularly organizing Taiwanese cooking classes and workshops, it aims to foster community and comradery  among overseas Taiwanese in the Greater Chicago area, pass on Taiwanese culinary memories and food culture to the next generation, and further engage with the local community to promote Taiwanese culture, environmental systems, and traditional festival cuisine to mainstream American society, thereby fostering cultural exchange between Taiwan and the United States in the Greater Chicago area.
